Grooving and turning insert with extensive and versatile shallow grooving programme. An advanced PVD-AlTiN-coated grade with a tough, ultra-fine-grain unalloyed substrate. For general purpose machining of most steel, stainless steel, high temperature alloys, titanium, irons and non-ferrous materials. Speeds may vary from low to medium and will handle interruptions and high feed rates.
